The problem is that I'm using some very non-standard directories to keep the libraries and binarys in. So, I've edited xmkmf and added a definition for the variable "topdir" (/shelf1/X11/usr/include). That fixed most of my problems, but I still have a problem with the extension library. When ever you do a compile, you get make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `/shelf1/X11/usr/include/extensions/lib/libXext.a' Am I totally configuring imake wrong? Or is there some variable I haven't set in site.def that I should? How should this be configured? Thanks, Sean. --- Sean L. Gilley attmail!ignats!slg attmail!sgilley 201 805 9088 (h) 201 457 5403 (w)
