I am a newcomer to the Motif world. What is the simplest way to get mwm
to recognize a black and white monitor and adjust accordingly so that borders
and buttons do not look like a bad negative of a picture? Is there a single
option (or a single set of options) some place to set instead of -fg 
and -bg and -bd options in each and every program? I was trying RS/6000 
AIXWindows mwm from a black and white Sun-2 monitor => unknown but limited
pixel depths, I am sure :-(
