I am using FTP TCP/IP's tngl program.  This allows the user to use
their favorite terminal emulation package under telnet using the INT 14h
interface.  I heard kermit 3.01 uses it, but I can't get it to work.
How can you tell when a program can use the INT 14h interface?  How do
you invoke it?  Thanks for any help you can give me.
