Once in a while we run across a situation where for some reason we have yet to pin down, the .dat file will contain a "-1" in the "total records" field and a "0" in the "used records" field. The names of the fields were procured empirically, which brings me to the next question. Anyone know the "official" format of the .dat file? We've picked out a few of the fields, but I'm interested in what some of those others are; they may be of some use. Thanks in advance. e-mail and I'll summarize if I get a response. -- frankb@usource.Sarasota.FL.US (Frank Bicknell) ...!uflorida!usource!frankb UniSource, Incorporated; Sarasota, FL
