We purchased our cisco units before the MCI cards were released a little over two years ago. We are using the old CSC-T cards at speeds of 256k. Originally, we were told that we could have more than four V.35 ports/2 CSC-T Cards in one unit. We found that we could not physically mount more than two appliques in one unit and we just let the issue drop. Recently, I have been playing around with the idea again and was able to mount six V.35 ports/3 appliques/3 CSC-T cards in one unit. Unfortunately, the software does not like this arrangement. The message I receive is similar to "Lockup of serial 0/1 or incorrect firmware version." My question: Is it possible to have three CSC-T cards in one AGS and if so how? Is anyone doing this? By having six V.35 ports in one box, I can free up a CGS for use elsewhere. Of course, I could also purchase a new MCI card with four ports for 7100.00 . Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
