This question relates to Gnu Emacs v 18.52

We have Gnu Emacs running succesfully on several Sun 3's,
running Sun OS 4.03.  We received a new sun sparc station
model slc this week running OS 4.1.  I went to install
emacs on the new machine today but ran into the following
error:

When running make in the directory src I get an

as: /tmp/cg.01820.4.s "line 5: redefine "__start"

This comes after running
cc -c -O -Detags crt0.c

Anyone have any ideas?  I have not changed anything since
compiling it on the sun 3'sa succesfully
