It comes out infrequently enough that previous issues have expired, so diffs are not possible. (I refuse to save a copy each time just so I can do the diff next time.) A simple key preceding the questions would suffice. Place a "+" in front of new questions, and a "!" in front of questions whose answers have changed since the last posting. In the rare case that a question is deleted, simply place a "-" in front of the question and delete the answer that follows.
