I'm looking for the source for a conversion program from the Utah Raster RLE
format to the ppm format (or any other common format that might be read by
ppm).  I know the source for the entire Utah Raster Toolkit is on cs.utah.edu
but I cannot FTP (and all I need is to convert from this format).

I know "How do you convert from X to Y" messages clutter up this newsgroup
and this one has probably been posted before, but sometimes ya just gotta doit.
