Phew! Thats about $85. An other solution is to buy it directly from the publisher. Price in Finland is then $60 + purchase tax (20%) = $72. Of course, you can't compare the prices here or there or in USA. We should ask what is the salaries in USA, in Sweden, in Finland, if we would like to know more about the prices. But, for example the Springer Verlag has a contract with a Finnish bookstore: If I order a book directly from Springer, I get a book from the bookstore and it's costs much more. Instead of ordering a book I order a Pro Forma for the book.
