Oh sure, it might be perfectly legal, but the revenue-earning ability of your $5 is highly dependent on WHEN you join the scheme. If you join early, you may in fact realize some significant income. After a short period of time, there simply isn't enough money on the planet for the scheme to remain (correctly) operational.
