The upgrade will include the profiler. You should check last week's INFOWORLD for a pre-review of 6.0 it is in beta test and seems very solid, so it may be released before year end. It seems it will support memory models, 286 specific code, multiple editing windows, projects/Make files like Turbo "C" and additional object extensions. In the past Borland has stuck it to late upgraders, forcing them to pay the full upgrade price AGAIN when the new version comes out. The article did NOT give a FIRM release date. +---------------------+--------------------+ "After all, they're all just | | | Monkey Boys!" | | +--+ +--+ o | -- Dr. Lizardo | | |\/ .\/. \/| o| vdra_ltd@uhura.cc.rochester.edu | ////// | | )) /\ (( | o | Val & Lee Drake (The Fish Faces) | /_ _\ | |/\+--+ +--+/\| | | University of Rochester and | ( Q ^ ) | | | Azatar MicroSystems +--,,,,----U----,,,,--+--------------------+ Rochester, NY
