Some mail may have been lost; I'm not yet sure and have to finish some audit procedures first. The gateway host is suffering badly: 10:01pm up 4 days, 12:36, 6 users, load average: 63.71, 55.93, 48.70 ^^^^^ I upgraded the transfer protocol driver today to a more recent (purportedly faster) incantation in hopes of improving throughput, but it'll be the weekend before we catch up. Apologies. You can (probably) ignore "warnings from uucp" emanating from cis.ohio-state.edu about an inability to reach CompuServe; CompuServe and the gateway host are in constant contact, trying to clear the queue. The nightly cleanup script is disabled until we get past this to prevent inadvertent mail loss. --karl
