Tech., Haifa Israel Lines: 19 In several countries the telephone companies have a mailing system, and these mailing systems are interconnected. Here in Israel it is called ISRANET, in Argentina it is called ARGENPAC (or something like that), etc. There are at least 30 countries that have this service. I would like to have more information about those commercial networks, particularly, if they are connected somehow to the INTERNET, how to get to them, and how they are organized.
