    I'm not a habitual complainer, but I'm sorry to see NEWSGROUP being
increasingly swamped with articles about BADINFO; 
shouldn't we restrict these to OTHRGROUP?  When I originally 
started reading this newsgroup, articles were generally confined to
INTEREST which I believe was the original intent of the group's founder.
    Of course, part of the blame rest with the namer of the newsgroup.
Perhaps a new group with a more precise name would keep the others away?
