I'm writing a program and I need a high resolution graphical
front end for a user interface.  I'd like this user interface
to be at least 640X400 (?) 256 colors with some animation.

Does anyone know of a good graphics tool with animation that will 
allow me to use the output data of the tool commercially?   I have
a 386-20 with a super VGA monitor and card and lots and lots of
memory.
