I have two SCSI ST506 controller boards (3.5" form-factor), but without
any data for them.  _ANY_ data on, or pointers as to where to enquire
about these boards would be appreciated.  Jumper settings most of all.

Identifying markings:
	"SMS MODEL OMTI 3"	at the edge of the board.
	"FAB 005298 REV A.3"	"   "   "   "   "    "

	The number "3127" appears both on the ROM sticker and on a sticker
	on the back of one of the surface-mounted chips.
