That was some case of indigestion. Traceroute barfed all over
the dustbowl. I got dumped before, during, and after jvnc, net 14 
(nsf-relay.ac.uk 2nd IP address) kept smiling through, ucl cisco 
was reachable and then not (peek-a-boo!) and all because the 
lady loves milktray.

[ok, provokative Subject: On a more "serious" note an outage 
 like that is *not* good sales copy]

Anybody know which box did what to whom?  wash some linin in public!

-My guess is french anti-AWAC jammers blew the brains out of the wires
