    Does anyone know of a packet driver for the Excelan EXOS 205 ethernet
    board (smart card with 80186, 82586 and 64K ram)?...

Excelan did an NDIS driver, but you probably won't be able to get it from
them (Novell is behind ODI, y'know).  Using a smart card usually implies
writing code which gets loaded onto it and executed.  This isn't easy
unless you have lots of tools and support, so the freeware developers
haven't done anything either.
