Hi!  Is the source code for csh publicly available?  If so, where can I
acquire it?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

(Note to interested people: csh on the IBM RISC6000 AIX v. 3.1 hangs when
given a '~<username>/<filename>'.  Interestingly, '~/<filename>' still works.)
