I have a 1200 baud modem (yeah, I know), a Star SG-10 printer and an A1010 hooked to my A1000 right now. I really only plan to use the modem on the A3000, but will I need to change printer cables to hook the printer up whenever I decide to? It seems to me the A1000 needed a special cable for the printer because of some power on that port, is that correct? What kind of cable should I get and what should it cost (estimate)? Thanks for any info. BTW. My sysadmin did something so that my comm problem I mentioned a few days ago is at least bearable. I assume my stuff is ok, but I will keep checking on it. Thanks to all who offered assistance. Cheers, Dave CMSgt David K Detert, USAF MILNet: detert@lognet2.af.mil GO PACKERS!!!!!
