How does one change the key bindings for control and meta keys also? Huh? Those are shift keys. They don't get bound at all. The Escape key as a prefix gets you the same keymap as the meta shift key. But you can't change bindings to keymaps (that's on the list of things to be fixed before mg3a stops being "beta"). I've seen these questions asked before, but have never seen the answers. Well, as expressed, the question has no answer, because what you want can't be done.
