Nope, sorry. It probably will never come out for the Amiga. Activision (Mediagenic) isn't supporting the Amiga a whole lot these days, and since Alter Ego is a rather old (albeit excellent) game, they probably have no plans for it. However, I do believe a Mac version was once released. You could probably get it for a good price and run it on A-Max.
