[sig deleted] Interesting problem which should not be a real problem. On UNIX net I am working, there are some IBM AT's with 3 1/2 " Floppies. So the easiest would be to format the Disk under DOS (MS-DOS), then goto your Amiga, use Cross-Dos, D2D (Dos to Dos) or Messy-Dos or the BridgeBoards to copy files. Via ftp, the IBMs are connected to UNIX Net. Next Idea: Use Terminal Programm via Phone or Ser-Port. Use kermit under UNIX. Other Idea: Do it with your fingers (type source on UNIX), say 12 Bauds ? If UNIX on 386 Machine (IBM or clones), then use tcp/ip or nfs or something like that, to copy files to MS-DOS Disk, then use Cross-Dos or other Progs to copy to Amiga. It is the best way at all to use MS-DOS formatted Disks. If any other solution is known, please let us know ! What about DNET ? CU, Markus. ******************************************************************************** Markus Illenseer I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid, I can't do that. 4790 Paderborn ,United Germany Email: ill@uni-paderborn.de ********************************************************************************
