Subject: GS System error code?

Recently, I've been having problems running certain programs both
from my hard disk and from the 3 1/2" drive. The error I've been 
getting is: System error 0681 and the floating apple. OA-Ctrl-Reset 
does nothing, and I have to do a cold boot. My configuration is Rom01 
GS, 40 Mb Inner Drive, GS Juice-Plus w/ 2 Mb, and GSOS 5.0.2.

Any ideas?
