Is your RAM card DMA compatible?  I tried using my HD with the new SCSI card
and non-DMA ram card and had no problem with P8 or P16, but GS/OS would not
recognize the drive properly.  It would not boot from the HD, and when booting
from a 3.5" the system would mount the HD but then when trying to copy anyting
to it would say 0K available (on an empty HD).  I tried using a friends GS-Ram+
and then it worked.  So I sent my GS-Ram to get upgraded to DMA compatible.
