    I've download Bouce Bluster from comp.binaries.apple2 along with the missing
tools and I still can't get it to work.  I put the guts of System Disk 4 in,
but the screen just goes blank.  Could someone post a bit about what to do to
create a boot disk?  Like what files and such?  Thanks...
