Perhaps a message to spaf@purdue.edu is in order? In retrospect I think he was the one who actually sent out the newgroup. Note that the correct name is actually comp.sys.atari.st.tech ^^^ In any case, it DID pass, DID get created, and SHOULD be on your system.
