I would like very much to buy a Spectre GCR with ROMs.

Now I am asking you where to look. I don't necessarily want
the lowest price, fast & reliable service is more important.

requirements :

	1. somewhere in the U.S.A.
	2. has a FAX machine
	3. accepts foreign orders (cash)
	4. can offer both GCR & ROMs
