How do you detect legally if fast RAM is present? Currently, I intend to look for a _FRB cookie in the cookie list; if it's there, the machine has fast RAM. But where is it? Is the TT's memory mapped by the MMU so that it appears contiguous? Don't tell me a legal program need not know about fast RAM - I need this info for my hard disk driver which has to decide if some transfer is to be made into fast or slow RAM. Tnx for any help. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Claus Brod, Am Felsenkeller 2, Things. Take. Time.
