I would prefer to know about free/share ware programs, but also would like to know if programs such as Minix will do this. I assume the only programs that you can do this with would be TOS programs, seeing how GEM would not work over the phone. I am thinking along the lines of running ARC or any other .ttp program to de-arc files while I am sitting at work. I also downloaded a file called UNIXTK.ARC or something from Terminator, but there were no readable instructions inside. Could someone please tell me what all those files are for? I recognized many with Un*x command names, but still don't know what they are all for. Thanks. Oh, either send me e-mail or post it to the NET.
