I am interested in setting up a 3B2 as a BBS.  It runs System V Release
3.1.1.  What commercial and non-commercial software exists?

Basically, I want users to be able to download and upload files and
just about nothing else.  Ideally, the BBS would be a user's shell, as
specified in the seventh field in the passwd file.
