I have a Maxtor XT-800S WORM drive and an unknown Qbus contoller card
that looks to Ultrix and diagnostics as 2 RQDX2 disk controllers.
The connectors on the card look like it might be some sort of 
dual RQDX and SCSI controller.

Does anyone know anything about this controller/drive combo?  The
controller card has now number or manufacturer markings that I 
can see.

This came out of a VAXstation II.
