Does anybody out there have a copy of USRLIB.EXE?  I know it is available
from the HP bulletin board system, but this is a bit hard to reach from
here.  Also, it is not in the hpbbs directory of calvin.stanford.edu.

PSPS why is the directory of calvin unreadable?  System maintenance or so?
