However, I have performed a memory expandotomy on my personal 110; one removes (carefully unsolders) the existing, 64k SRAM chips, and substitutes some (fewer) 256k SRAMs, then installs a special RAM driver. The memory isn't available as ordinary RAM (there are some address problems), but one ends up with a large (~300k) RAM drive. BTW there are also some speed hacks, too. Obviously, none of this is supported, and should only be attempted by someone proficient at soldering. I don't think that any of the documentation is available from HP anymore, but you might be able to find someone with manuals (I never had them).
