GREGG, Hello, and try putting PRECISELY this in CONFIG.SYS:

	DEVICE=C:\DOSdirectory\DRIVER.SYS /D:01 /F:7

where "DOSdirectory" is the directory which contains DRIVER.SYS.
This assumes that your 1.4Mb 3.5" drive is to be B:

Please let me know if this works for I want to do the same thing. Your
/S:18 in your posting seemed wrong (18 sectors?).
