A while back, there was a discussion thread about the merits/problems
with the Gateway 2000 company.  A friend of mine is considering buying
one of their '386 systems, and I'd like to hear what the final
"verdict" was.

Please don't post to this newsgroup - I'm sure nobody else wants to go
through THAT again.
