I once read an add for a $300 card that enables one to pipe a VCR through the
Computer and up into the screen.  Also it lets one save images from the VCR
as a graphics file in the computer, and also to save screen output onto a
VCR.

I can no longer find the add.

I did find another company that has something like this but for $1995.

Anyone have any idea where I can get a card like this (Not on a graphics card)
for cheap?  Even a card that just allows me to use my vga monitor to watch TV
would be useful.
