Digital have published a VT320 programmers guide (I know, I've used it). I imagine that there is one for the vt100. Look in /etc/termcap if you have a Un*x system if all you want is something that a local Un*x box will reagrd as vt100 (though some systems have different ideas of how much details is needed to make a `real' vt100).
