	I recently was given a Hitachi 3619 monitor.  The guy I got it from
said that it will work as a standard VGA monitor.  Graphics works fine, but
when full screen text comes up, the display quickly scrolls vertically.
If I adjust it, then the graphics has the problem.  

	If anyone knows about this monitor, or has any ideas about what I
can do, please let me know.
