This is incorrect.  The line should be

	send starter.kit

Please, let's try not to spread misinformation.  Every invalid server
request gets bounced back to raymond@math.berkeley.edu, and then I have
to write a short piece of mail in reply trying to tell people what
they should've done in the first place.
