Well, maybe all you folks who are going on at great length about
Fullwrite can answer this:
I created a new document with FWiP (1.0), saved it, quit, and shutdown. 
Next day, I double click on the document and Finder says can't find the
app.  Get info on the document calls it a FWP Thesaurus Document. 
Couldn't find anything in a fairly quick trip through the manuals.

Somebody mentioned needing Word 4.0b in order to be able to kern with
Word and an Imagewriter.  I thought you couldn't kern at all with Word. 
I also receive 4.0b over a month ago.
