I'm trying to use Microsoft Word 4.0 to sort a list. It's a list of stuff, one entry per single-line paragraph, with a ZIP code at the beginning. Alas, MS Word is *kind*of* sorting it when I choose "Utilities...Sort", but not quite. It's close to being sorted, but there are always several records that are out of place. Is there something I could be doing wrong? I tried selecting the whole document before sorting, and that didn't help. -- ... Michael Ho, University of Nebraska Internet: ho@hoss.unl.edu
