There was some discussion and survey some time ago on the effectiveness
of these drives to format both HD disks and double sided disks successfully.
I am interested in some of these summaries of polled opinions.  Also, what
was the general consensus?  Are these drives slightly defective or highly
sensitive to media discrepencies?   Thanks.
