My ImageWriter II seems to have a problem with form feeds, mainly when
printing in draft mode. After the first page is printed and a form feed
is sent, the printer continues to spew out paper, print a line at the
top of the next sheet, and spew more paper. I've replaced the ImageWriter
chooser document, and used other cables. It had this problem once before,
though it went away. I've also tried a self-test, with no problems. 
Nor is it the Mac's port.

Anyone have any ideas on what to check? Would a loose connection on the
printers plug cause such an occurance?
