To all those who wanted to know this after my posting for help on resetting
the interleave factor of my hard-drive after installing an accelerator:
To reset the interleave factor, launch HD Setup from Apple, and once you
are in it, type command-I, enter the interleave factor you desire in the
dialog that appears, and reformat your drive.  Then send a nasty
postcard to Apple about them violating their own user interface guidelines.
