Bus Error Message-ID: <24318@dartvax.Dartmouth.EDU> Date: 17 Sep 90 11:46:20 GMT Sender: news@dartvax.Dartmouth.EDU Organization: Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH Lines: 16 Can anyone explain to me why me brand new SE 30 has numerous Bus Errors I have talked with the experts here, and one batch tells me it is a software problem while another group tells me it is a hardware problem. I have replaced my system, removed all my inits, and checked my RAM. Still I get a bus error. I do not have any expansion cards, and only a keybord and a mouse hanging off the ADB. The problem occurs in several applications, and it seems totally at random. I really am becoming frustrated. Is there any thing else I can use to check my computer, if so can you mail it to me. I did read something about an init called MR BUS that does something to check which application may be the culprit. Thanks in advance.......... Robert O.
