Thanks to all those who responded to my request for help about buying 
Inside Mac in Hollywood. A number of good suggestions were made, but 
the most popular one was OpAmp Technical Books, which everyone seems 
to agree is a super place to go. Speaking selfishly, I just wish it 
wasn't 12,000 km from where I live... :-(
