The latest version is 4.0. Can this be done by modifying the v6.0 laserwriter driver with ResEdit? In particular, can't you just change the STR resource #-8191 from "Postscript" to ".AOut" or ".BOut", which causes the driver to write the postscript to the modem or printer serial port at 9600 baud?
