I really liked this feature, although it kept breaking with Alarming Events until I got my free 2.0s upgrade (without even asking for it - thanks, guys!). The only feature I miss from Pyro 4.0 is the capability of specifying a "secondary" module. What I did was make the secondary a clock, so that I could see the time by pressing the option key.
