I don't know how many times I've heard people tell others to "just run the installer and reinstall the System Software". My first step is always boot of the installer and then TRASH the System file. If you use Suitcase, it's nice and easy. I keep Apple Standard DAs, Fonts in the System (everything else in Suitcases and opened via Suicase) and if I need to reinstall, nothing ends up changing. One step and it only takes 5 minutes. Ken -- Ken Hancock | This account needs a new home in MA... Isle Systems | Can you provide a link for it? isle@eleazar.dartmouth.edu | It doesn't bite... :-)
